The Ed. Board is unanimous on the view that unnecessary fillers, jokes and cartoons can distract one from an important article. The reader enjoys the Light filler - flips the page; and a good article, adjacent to it, could escape from being read.
Same is the public opinion.
This release of The Hadi will not be featuring enough of fillers.
